This product has now been totally cured of all Oak Wilt and Dutch Elm Disease symptoms and will remain disease free for a life time. This cure includes the product itself, web sites, all nation wide advertisements and promotional literature. 

This product is manufactured by the Sadler Group,                                                 dba TreeLife, of Boerne, Texas.

TREELIFE ™  is now permitted to be sold under a conditional fertilizer license and a non- agricultural fertilizer permit for their product.

A most important condition of the fertilizer license stipulates that: 

"No pesticidal claims can be made and promotional material of any sort may not indicate the products very impressive record in combating Dutch Elm and Oak Wilt diseases". The product label must also substantially altered to reflect these conditions.   

WHICH MEANS  ........  NO MORE FALSE CLAIMS, OR  FALSE ADVERTISING  -  THAT A FERTILIZER WILL CURE OAK WILT AND DUTCH ELM DISEASES.   All Their " RESEARCH " Was Bogus.

 Now finally, TREELIFE ™  is to be sold and distributed only as a    fertilizer for exactly what the product really is ......

Nothing More - Nothing Less.......  JUST A PLAIN ....  FERTILIZER

" Specialty fertilizer " means a fertilizer distributed primarily for non-farm use, including use on or in home gardens, lawns, shrubbery, flowers, golf courses, municipal parks, cemeteries, greenhouses, or nurseries. The term does not include the excreta of an animal, plant remains, or a mixture of those substances, for which no claim of essential plant nutrients is made.

The bottom line is that  TREELIFE ™  does nothing, and did nothing to prevent or cure The Oak Wilt or Dutch Elm Diseases.  It never has had any curative effect or ability do destroy the fungui related to these two diseases.
